Finance Department
Full-time in person or remote Medical Coding Specialist: Applicants must be able to perform accurate code assignments for ER, inpatient/outpatient, Swing Bed, observation, same day surgery and Rural Health Clinic. The ideal candidate will be flexible, detail-oriented, quality conscious and be able to adapt well to change. Additional qualifications include: AHIMA or AAPC certification, Inpatient/outpatient coding experience in a Critical Access Hospital and Rural Health clinic setting is preferred, Experience accurately assigning ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes to a variety of facility outpatient records and coding inpatient/Swing bed records, Technical competency with remote-based connectivity including virtual private networks and video conferencing platforms, Proficiency with office software such as Word, Outlook and Excel, Meet productivity targets while maintaining coding quality of 95% or greater.
Radiology
Franklin County Memorial Hospital in Franklin, NE is seeking a full-time or part-time, multi-modality radiologic technologist. Applicants must be a positive and highly motivated team member, while working in a rural setting. Applicants must be a graduate of an accredited two-year radiologic technology program, and certified by the ARRT. Job requirements include general radiology and CT. Ultrasound experience is preferred. Experience in clerical duties and electronic health records within the radiology department is also recommended. Hours per week will be determined upon hire, along with rotating week-night and weekend call. FCMH provides competitive wages and benefits. Dietary Department
FCMH is looking for full-time or part-time Dietary Aide. This position is responsible to provide assistance in performing day to day activities of in the Dietary Department. Such as assist in the preparation and serving meals to patients, staff, and visitors, ensures proper storage and handling of food and maintain a clean and organized kitchen. Applicants must have the ability to work flexible schedule, work evenings, weekends and holidays if needed during patient hospital stays, be able to work independently and/or as a team.
